Here’s a little bit more about who we are and what our passions and interests involve:
George
Geroge is a keen tennis player who represents his local team in competitive matches but also plays friendly games. He has always held an affinity with the game of tennis, and it is perhaps his most active exercise. He doesn’t just play though. George has also turned his trips to Wimbledon into an annual event. However, that’s not all he does. George also goes for long walks with his girlfriend and family whilst also being out and about when travelling the world. It is very rare that you’ll find George sitting on the sofa chilling outside of the hours of 9-5. If there is an activity to do, you can guarantee he’ll be participating and burning those calories.
Chris
Chris is also very active. That’s the reason this blog came together. In fact, the only time you will find either of these two sitting on a laptop and being idle is when writing this blog. With his Apple Watch in tow, Chris ensures he reaches his daily goals with time to spare. Whether it is at the gym, where he spends time with his wife or playing cricket on a Saturday, exercise is a real stress release for Chris. In April 2023, Chris ran the London Marathon alongside his brother as he raised funds for the charity; Save the Children. This was something to tick off his bucket list for Chris, and he now captains his local cricket team, playing for the 1st XI every Saturday.
